The movie shows an anti- Sox2 (magenta) and anti-pH3 (green) immunostaining confocal horizontal image stack of 72 hpf WT larvae recorded from a dorsal view. The movie starts with the dorsal most plane of the image stack and ends with the ventral most plane. Since WT and herUDM have different phenotypic appearances and also differ in size, black slides were inserted at the beginning and end to align z-slides according to the thalamic Sox2 expression. This means that more ventral and dorsal regions might be shifted. Orientation: anterior to the left.
