The movie shows an anti-Sox2 (magenta) and anti-pH3 (green) immunostaining confocal horizontal image stack of 72 hpf WT larvae recorded from a dorsal view. The movie starts with the dorsal most plane of the image stack and ends with the ventral most plane. Since both embryos have different phenotypic appearances and also differ in size, the planes were aligned according to the thalamic Sox2 expression. Orientation: anterior to the left.
