Time-lapse movie of developing egg chamber from stage 6B to 7 expressing Fs(2)Ket-GFP to label nuclei (green), pubi-PH^PLC∂1-RFP to label plasma membrane (red) and pubi-asl-tdTomato to label centrosomes (red). The centrosomes aggregate at the posterior of the centered nucleus, and follow the nucleus during its migration from the center of the oocyte to the cortex antero-lateral of the oocyte.
