ER and Spindle display coordinated morphologies during mitosis. Time lapse imaging of the ER (UAS-RFP:ER) and spindle microtubules (Jupiter:GFP) during cortical divisions in the syncytial embryo. Images were collected at 30s time intervals and are displayed at 10 frames per second. Total developmental time = 47 min. Scale bar=10μm.
