Time-lapse imaging of chick hindbrain cells electroporated with pcDNA3.1-GFP plasmid showing phase/GFP merge image. Primary culture was generated from st.18 chick hindbrains following electroporation and ON incubation, cells were seeded (n=12 wells for each treatment) and recorded every 6 hours for 5 days. Time is indicated at the bottom right corner of the video.
