Movie 2.

A group of cell neighbors rendered in 3D and pseudo-colored that were within the basal region of the supraorbital arch of an intact Wnt5a+/-; Wnt1:Cre;R26-mTmG mouse embryo at E10.5. Highly dynamic cell shape changes occur as cell neighbor exchanges take place. The green and white cells lose their junctions with the orange cell as the pink and purple cells make contact over 1.5 h.
