Motility of KV cilia of a wild-type zebrafish embryo. Rotary motion of KV cilia is clearly visible. In this and all subsequent videos of KV cilia motility, embryos imaged were at the 10 somites stage (14 hpf), with focus at the midplane of the spherical KV. Videos were captured at 100 frames/sec (fps) and is played at 30 fps. Scale bar = 10 μm.
