Movie 12.

Anterior vertebrae of zebrafish hoxb4a; hoxb5a homozygous mutants. The 3D movie shows the anterior vertebrae of zebrafish hoxb4a-/-; hoxb5a-/-mutants (n=5). Adult zebrafish, approximately 3–5 months old, obtained through intercrossing hoxb4a; hoxb5a heterozygous mutant fish, were subject to micro-CT scanning. Two representative images were provided to validate reproducibility. The skeletal structures are visualized in 3D-VR images. Scale bar, 1 mm.
