Anterior vertebrae of zebrafish hoxb6a; hoxb6b double homozygous mutants. The 3D movie shows the anterior vertebrae of zebrafish hoxb6a^-/-; hoxb6b^-/- mutants (n=2). Adult zebrafish, approximately 3–5 months old, obtained through intercrossing hoxb6a; hoxb6b double heterozygous mutant fish, were subject to micro-CT scanning. Two representative images were provided to validate reproducibility. The skeletal structures are visualized in 3D-VR images. Scale bar: 1 mm.
