A video corresponding to the snapshots in Supplemental Fig. S7, showing a magnetic bead (black dot, from bright field channel) pulled into a cell through the opening on the basal side, and subsequently pulled all the way to the apical surface. Cell membranes are labeled with CellMask dye injected into the perivitelline space. Note complete lack of subsequent elastic recoil.
