While quantification was performed on 3D segmented nuclei, the GFP-Sc and nlsRFP signal shown in the bottom panels correspond to maximal projections prior to denoising (macrophages and other strong dots circulating underneath the ADHN epithelium can be seen in the nlsRFP channel).
