Optogenetic manipulation of multicellular formation in specific regions. The formation of multicellular structures in the stimulated area is shown under different frequencies of optogenetic manipulation. Both 6-min/4-min and 4-min stimulation cycles initiated multicellular structure formation within the stimulated area. The upper-left corner of each panel displays the stimulation cycle, while the upper-right corner indicates the ON/OFF timing. The diameter of the stimulation area and scale bars are both 250 μm.
