Increased acto-myosin activity during ablation healing. Live imaging of MyosinII-mCherry and LifeAct-eGFP transgenic lines following dorsal progenitor ablation. MyosinII and Actin activity is increased at the edge of the ablated region (centre). By the time ablation has healed acto-myosin activity is reduced in the ablated area. Time step 30s.
