Mitochondrial localization during neutrophil migration in vivo. Embryos at 3 dpf from Tg(lyzC:mitoDendra2)pu14 crossed with Tg(lyzC:mCherry-H2B) were used to visualize the mitochondria and nucleus in neutrophils. Neutrophils in the head mesenchyme were imaged using a spinning disk confocal microscopy. Scale bar: 5 μm.
