Neutrophil motility was decreased by disrupting polg in zebrafish neutrophils. Neutrophils in the head mesenchyme of embryos from Tg(lyzC:nls-cas9-2AmCherry/U6a/c:control sgRNA)^pu15 or Tg(lyzC:nls-cas9-2A-mCherry/U6a:polg sgRNA)^pu16 were imaged using a confocal microscopy. Scale bar: 50 μm.
