Neutrophil specific knock out components of complex I or III of mitochondrial ETC inhibited neutrophil motility. One-cell stage embryos were injected with constructs that specifically knock out rac2, ndufs2, or uqcrc1 in neutrophils. Neutrophils in the head mesenchyme were imaged using a confocal microscopy at 3 dpf. Scale bar: 50 μm.
