Primary cultured ependymal cells form WT LV walls were cultured on glass-bottom dishes and transfected with mCherry at D12. At D14, time-lapse imaging of DIC was acquired at 190 fps for 2 sec. mCherry signal with DIC image is shown in the first flame.
