ZMEL1 melanoma cells form clusters over time. ZMEL1-EGFP expressing zebrafish melanoma cells form clusters when cultured on low-attachment plates. Melanoma cells continue to move and cluster throughout the time frame. Note the formation of larger clusters from multiple smaller clusters in the center of the field of view. Movies were taken starting at day 5 of culture and imaged every 30 minutes. Movie is displayed as 7 frames/second.
