Movie 2.

S. aureus bacterial supernatant increases ZMEL1 melanoma cell activity and clustering. ZMEL1-EGFP expressing zebrafish melanoma cells appear more activated and motile in the presence of S. aureus USA300 bacterial supernatant. Melanoma cells continue to move and cluster throughout the time frame. Note the formation of a large cluster as multiple smaller clusters converge in the center of the field of view. Movies were taken starting at day 5 of culture and imaged every 30 minutes. Movie is displayed as 7 frames/second.
