SBTubA4P-mediated killing of cells after repeated UV-irradiation for 5 minutes through rupturing of cell membranes as apparent by swelling and loss of eGFP fluorescence (see Fig. 1A). Images were taken every 14 seconds on a Leica SP8 WLL using a 40x objective.
