Movie of the tomogram of a bending Golgi stack (corresponding to Fig. 2). The first third of the movie sweeps across the computational 3.12-nm thick slices of the tomogram from the first to the last one. The second third of the movie shows the slices in the opposite direction and unravels the segmented membranes that compose the 3D model. The last third shows the model rotating 360 degrees around an axis. Colour code: Golgi cisternae and vesicles within the structure in yellow; the trans-most cisterna of the Golgi stack and vesicles potentially contributing to the eventual sealing of the structure in orange; Mitochondrion in cyan; other cytoplasmic structures in grey.
