Movie 4

Example of a 3D reconstruction of a MDCK cyst grown for 72h and stained with Hoechst (blue), phalloidin (red) and MKLP-1 antibody (magenta). Different points of view of the localization of midbodies within the lumen show midbodies delineating the apical membrane since the gap between phalloidin and MKLP-1 corresponds to the apical plasma membrane. Image was processed using surface grain size of 0.2 μm for Hoechst and phalloidin and spot estimated xy diameter of 1.1 μm for MKLP-1.
