Actin accumulates around midbodies prior to internalization. Time-lapse movie showing the accumulation of actin around the P0 midbody (arrowhead) prior to its internalization in a strain expressing reporters for non-muscle myosin (NMY-2::GFP) to label midbodies (yellow) and LifeAct::RFP to label F-actin (cyan).
