Movie S2

Cells expressing BRCA1 form a mix of non-dividing and slow dividing cells. Cells were pre-stimulated with galactose for 4 hours, spread on a slide covered with an agarose pad containing galactose and immobilized with a coverslip. Vector cells were used as a control. Then, galactose (GAL) stimulation was monitored using transillumination videomicroscopy for 9 more hours. Movies were analyzed as in Movie S1.
