Time series showing FRAP of CCR2B-loaded ensodomes in control src- and shFLNa cells. HEK293 cells transduced with src- and shFLNa expressing Flag-CCR2B (with the LUT rainbow of FIJI) and Rab4-YFP surface labeled were treated as in Figure 2. A whole endosome was bleached at a time and imaged during 2.5 min.
