Cin8 tracks the MT minus-end (MT#1). MT#2: no Cin8 tracking of the MT ends. Yellow: GMPCPP-stabilized seeds; Red: dynamic MTs; White: Cin8. Plus- and minus-ends of MTs are indicated, based on the difference in dynamics at the two ends (the plus-end of MT#1 is free in solution and only visible in some frames). Bar: 10 μm.
