The video shows FRAP in NIH3T3 cells transfected with the indicated GFP-tagged FA protein. Note the large difference in turnover rate that exists between the indicated protein modules. Images were taken every 10 seconds for 5 minutes following photobleaching. Images are played back at 5 frames/s. Scale bar represents 2 μm.
