Blocking of cell cycle progression by accumulating DVL2. Live-cell imaging by confocal microscopy of COS-7 cells transiently transfected with DVL2-GFP (images acquired every 10 minutes, for <24 hours or until all cells within a field arrested; >18 cells were recorded during 3 independent experiments). No cell overexpressing DVL2-GFP was ever observed dividing.
