The embryo was co-injected with MO+MgcSxNN and probes for active RhoA (GFPrGBD, green) and F-actin (mChe-UtrCH, red). The embryo is undergoing cytokinesis and displays an asymmetric cleavage furrow. The movie is 21 min long, showing 80 frames with a time interval of 16 s (13 z-planes per time point), played back at 10 fps. Scale = 20 µm.
