Embryos were co-injected with MO+MgcWT (left) or MO+MgcSxNN (right) along with probes for RhoAGTP (GFP-rGBD, shown in greyscale) and F-actin (mChe-UtrCH, not shown). White arrows point to GFP-rGBD accumulation at the equatorial cortex during anaphase onset.
