Monitoring intra-phagosomal Ca²⁺ changes in mouse bone marrow derived macrophage from Trpm2^-/-. Cellular and intra-phagosomal Ca²⁺ and phagosomal acidification were monitored in BMDMФs from Trpm2^-/- mouse with method as described in Supplemental Video 1. Green fluorescence increases (reflecting intra-phagosomal Ca²⁺ accumulation) in phagosomes labeled with pHrodo (red). The merged video shows the strong yellow color in phagsosomes due to the combined effect of both acidification and Ca²⁺ accumulation.
