^GFPCCDC66 dynamically localizes during mitosis. ^GFPCCDC66 localizes to the spindle poles and microtubules during mitosis. Images were acquired every 17 sec by time-lapse microscopy using a scanning confocal microscope. Image from each time frame represent deconvolved maximum projection of sections.
