Mroh1-GFP associates with later endocytic vesicles
Cells expressing Mroh1-GFP were labeled with TRITC-dextran for 15min. Imaging was started at t=7min and continued after the TRITC-dextran had been removed. TRITC-containing vesicles slowly become labeled with surface Mroh1-GFP. Note that the movie alters its field of view at 23.5min and again at 39.5min.
