Radial intensity profile of Mroh1 and WASH during exocytosis
The intensity distributions of Mroh1-RFP (red) and GFP-WASH (green) around the circumference of the vesicle shown in Fig 7 and Movie S10 were measured before and during exocytosis (time relative to exocytosis is shown, in seconds). The distributions for consecutive time frames are shown as an animation. The distribution becomes highly polarized when the proteins undergo transition from patchy to punctate prior to exocytosis.
