Mroh1 localization and distribution requires F-actin
Cells expressing Mroh1-GFP treated with 5µM LatA (at time zero) and imaged by confocal timelapse microscopy. Within 12sec there is a dramatic condensation of Mroh1 onto cytosolic particles and lysosomes. As LatA exposure continues the Mroh1-GFP signal begins to resolve into intense foci on the lysosomes; this transition can take up to 30min to complete.
