CAMSAP3-KOR leaves the centrosome during microtubule regrowth assay.
DLD1 cells were transfected with CAMSAP3-KOR and PLEKHA-7-GFP and then went through microtubule regrowth assay. Live-cell imaging was performed in 2 s intervals after nocodazole washout using a Delta Vision microscope through a 100×oil-immersion lens. Scale bar: 2 μm.
