CAMSAP3-GFP and Tubulin-RFP leaves the centrosome together.
DLD1 cells were transfected with CAMSAP3-GFP and Tubulin-RFP and then went through microtubule regrowth assay. Live-cell imaging was conducted in 1 min intervals after nocodazole washout using a Delta Vision microscope through a 100×oil-immersion lens. Scale bar: 2 μm.
