Translation of wild-type mRNA is not confined to readthrough bodies. The experiment was performed as for Video S1 except for the use of an expression construct encoding wild-type GPx1-Neptune mRNA without any PTC. No Neptune signal is found in UPF1 (green) or DCP1a (red) foci under cytochalasin D treatment.
