EGFP-dysferlin-induced membrane tubules are highly dynamic. Recordings in COS-7 cells 48 hours after transfection. Experiments were done at 37°C and images were acquired at 10 sec intervals for 10 min by time-lapse fluorescence microscopy. Scale bar: 10 μm.
