Life imaging of GFP-MAP4 dynamics at the IS. Jurkat T cells transfected with GFP-MAP4 (green) and Tubulin-Cherry (magenta) were conjugated with SEE-pulsed Raji-B cells. Images were acquired each 43 s. Video was mounted in ImageJ.
