mEos-EB3 comet tracking in a HeLa cell. HeLa cells treated with scrambled shRNA were transfected to express mEos-EB3. End-point tracking was performed at 37°C using an inverted Olympus IX71 microscope (Olympus, Hamburg, Germany) and quantified with the ImageJ manual tracking tool (Schindelin et al., 2015).
