Asp:GFP flow from the spindle to the centrosome is independent of Mud.
Metaphase cells expressing Asp:GFP (green) and Spd-2:RFP (red) in wt (left) and mud (right) tissues. Asp:GFP particle flows are similar in mud and wt cells. Note Spd-2:RFP tend to form aggregates in mud cells.
