EGFR-GFP remains on the plasma membrane in untreated HeLa cells
HeLa cells transiently transfected with EGFR-GFP were serum-starved overnight, then the medium was replaced with CIM and the cells were imaged for 30 mins at 37°C with images acquired every 90 sec. Bar:10µm.
