EGFR-GFP remains on the plasma membrane after X-ray treatment in HeLa cells
HeLa cells transiently transfected with EGFR-GFP were serum-starved overnight, then the medium was replaced with CIM and the cells were treated with X-rays (8Gy). The cells were imaged as in Movie 1, with first frame acquired at 7 min after irradiation. Bar:10µm.
