Time-lapse movie showing the localization of GFP-RhoA and TagRFP-RhoC during the phagocytosis of IgG-Es. RAW264 cells cotransfected with GFP-RhoA (green) and TagRFP-RhoC (red) were put into contact with IgG-Es. The GFP and TagRFP images were taken by confocal laser microscopy (LSM700, Zeiss). Frames were taken every 15 s. Movie speed = 46 × real time.
