Time-lapse movie showing the dynamics of RhoC and actin during phagocytosis of IgG-Es. RAW264 cells cotransfected with GFP-RhoC (green) and TagRFP-Actin (red) were put into contact with IgG-Es. The GFP and TagRFP images were taken by confocal laser microscopy (LSM700, Zeiss). Frames were taken every 15 s. Movie speed = 46 × real time.
