Galvanotaxis of BTICs with HPase and chABC. BTICs treated with 12.5 U mL^-1 HPase and 2.5 U mL^-1 chABC for six hours were stimulated with an EF for galvanotaxis study. Cells treated with HPase and chABC reversed their directional response and migrated toward the anode.
