Ratiometric analysis of PHAKT-GFP in macrophages and neutrophils. Ratiometric analysis of PHAKT-GFP and cytoplasmic mCherry show the localization of PIP3 in neutrophils and macrophages. Macrophages show presence of PIP3 in all protrusions including the ones extending and retracting at the rear of the cell. Ratiometric scale shows numerical values. Scale bar, 20μm.
