Nocodazole effects on neutrophil and macrophage random migration. Nocodazole 1μM increases neutrophil velocity, but does not change macrophage velocity compared with control DMSO. Both cells show morphology changes. Representative Videos show random migration in both conditions. Scale bar, 50μm.
