Dictyostelium adcC null cells expressing AdcC-GFP were starved for 4-5 h in 12 mM NaK-phosphate buffer before stimulation with 200 μM CaCl₂. Images were acquired every 2.5 sec over a period of ~5 min on a Nikon spinning-disk confocal microscope. Calcium addition is indicated.
